Like many things in life, that depends. The market price of an apartment is affected by several factors including quality of the apartment, location, size, lease terms, landlord quality, proximity to schools and many other variables. You'll need to take into account all of the amenities that each Brevard County or Volusia County Apartment offers when considering the rent.
But, remember the actual "cost" of your rent usually doesn't includes how much you pay for your utilities. Does your potential communty include water? sewer? valet trash pickup? cable? Make sure to factor any of the utilities the communty pays into the rent when comparing communities. Also, compare the cost of the extra services provided; valet trash pick up is great service and usually worth the little bit extra per month.
