In a word, YES! You are their customer and they want to make you happy. If something is bugging you, let them know. They might not know that it is an aggrevation to you and will probably do their best to fix the problem. I know a renter who worked the late shift and slept until noon. However, once a week the landscapers would start their movers and weedeaters at 8:00am right outside his window. He asked the office if there was anything they could do. The office talked with the landscaping company and they started their work at the other end of the community. Problem solved. Your problem might not be as easily solved, but give them a chance to solve it. Like I said at the beginning, you are the customer!
